Refund Policy

1. Returns

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely happy, you may return the item(s) within 10 days of purchase for a [refund/exchange/store credit]. Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
 

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Cold Brew
     

3. Return Process

To return an item, please contact us at hello@wearemuchacha.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

4. Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 15 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-3 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
